Order Some Grub ("OSG," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, and password hash.
• Order information: items ordered, delivery addresses, payment method type (not full card numbers), and order history.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; OSG does not store full card numbers or CVVs.
• Location data: delivery addresses you provide; driver GPS location while actively delivering.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, IP address, and interaction logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders;
• To communicate with you about your orders and account;
• To improve our platform and detect fraud;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information with: restaurants and drivers to fulfill your orders (name, delivery address, phone number); Stripe for payment processing; and service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, analytics), under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain order and account data for up to 5 years to comply with tax and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some data may be retained as required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting support@ordersomegrub.com. New Jersey residents have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.
